Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction. You must take the time to read and understand this Agreement before joining Reepham Reunited. By joining, you accept that you are joining on the terms set out in this Agreement. Visitors to Reepham Reunited website who do not join to become a Member (see Clause 2 below) similarly affirm that they are bound by this Agreement each time they access Reepham Reunited website. You should be aware that this Agreement may change from time to time in accordance with Clause 16 below.
2. Membership. People who join Reepham Reunited become "Members". There is no age restriction. There is no fee for this service. Contact the Website support team to be removed from the service.
3. Joining. You undertake to join Reepham Reunited using accurate and current information about yourself - including your correct name, email address and any other requested details. Should any of your contact details change notify the Website support team who will update the entry.
4. Privacy Policy. Reepham Reunited Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement, and by agreeing to this Agreement, you also give your consent to the way Reepham Reunited may handle your personal data as detailed in that policy. Given the global nature of the World Wide Web, any posting on Reepham Reunited website (including any which contain personal information) is, of course, accessible to Internet users around the world.
5. Reepham Reunited Role. You, whether you are a Member or a non-Member, acknowledge that Reepham Reunited are not and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of Members - whether on Reepham Reunited website or outside of it. Reepham Reunited website only provides a venue where Reepham Reunited may be accessed. It should be noted though that Reepham Reunited does generally pre-screen the material contributed by Members.

Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for Reepham Reunited without prior consent. In addition, Reepham Reunited reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member's access to Reepham Reunited if the relevant Member is abusive, discriminatory or threatening, or harasses or communicates offensive messages or images to another Member, whether or not through Reepham Reunited. For completeness, where Reepham Reunited reserves a right in this Agreement, it does not mean Reepham Reunited will be obliged to exercise it. Also, given the open-access nature of Reepham Reunited, we cannot prevent determined people whose Membership has been suspended or terminated from re-accessing in breach of their obligations under this Agreement.
8. Relevance. Members of Reepham Reunited must not:
   - place material on, or otherwise use, Reepham Reunited for any business or commercial purpose; or
   - use your access to Reepham Reunited, or information gathered from it, for the sending of unsolicited bulk email (sometimes known as spam).
9. Prohibitions. You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post, or which is posted through a machine on which you access Reepham Reunited, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any Reepham Reunited, will be capable of
   (a) infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity,
   (b) breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, tortuous or otherwise, or
   (c) appearing to be offensive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, false, libellous, defamatory, unreliable or misleading.
   Reepham Reunited does not accept any liability at all for any use you may make of the material published on the website (including links to other websites which are included for your inconvenience only), unless Reepham Reunited negligence is the direct cause of any death or injury.
10. Alerting Reepham Reunited. If you see anything on the Reepham Reunited website which appears to infringe this Agreement, then please contact us to inform us of it by emailing the Website support team.
11. Withdrawal of Material and Termination of Membership. Each Member acknowledges that Reepham Reunited are entitled to withdraw any material on Reepham Reunited website which appears, whether based on information received from Members or others or our own determination, to be capable of breaching any part of this Agreement, or to bring Reepham Reunited into disrepute.
12. Disclaimer and Release. Reepham Reunited has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any material available on Reepham Reunited website, whether provided by Members or others. Reepham Reunited make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and Reepham Reunited expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
    - If any third party sites are linked to from Reepham Reunited website, this does not mean that we endorse or have any responsibility for the site in question or anything which appear on it.

Therefore, no-one may copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from Reepham Reunited, or any of the material which is found on the Reepham Reunited website unless properly licensed to do so by Reepham Reunited. By submitting any material to the content of Reepham Reunited website, you:

Reepham Reunited will also not be liable for any failure to perform of its obligations under this Agreement caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.
15. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Reepham Reunited against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by you or through a machine on which you access Reepham Reunited website.
16. Entire Agreement. This Agreement includes our privacy policy. Together they contain the whole of the agreement between Reepham Reunited and you concerning Reepham Reunited and they replace all earlier agreements and understandings with you, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation by either of us.
17. Changes to this Agreement. Reepham Reunited reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time, and post the new version on the Reepham Reunited website. This Agreement, and any new version of it in the future, takes effect immediately.
18. Severability. In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
19. Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
